Attack/Strength/Defence/Range/Magic
To level up from 1-50 you can use the worldwide teleports on the quest tab, to get to rock crabs. They drop Charms and basic equipment and items such as Bronze Pickaxe.
After leveling up your combat attributes to level 50 you can then move onto Giant Rock crabs which are in the same teleport as the normal rock crabs, you can use these to level up your combat attributes up to 99. They drop charms, bones and basic/normal level equipment.
Prayer
To level up your prayer from 1-20 you can use normal bones on the alter giving you 9375XP per bone, after that you can then use big bones on the alter to gain 28135XP per bone leveling your prayer up to 50, after using big bones you can then use frost dragon bones to level prayer up to 99 giving 337500XP.

52-63: Spirit Terrorbirds (Gold) (Raw bird meat) (12 shards)
63-69: Spirit Cobras (Greens) (Snake skin) (116 shards)
69-74: Fruit bats (Greens) (Banana) (130 shards)
74-78: Granite Lobsters (Crimsons) (Granite of any size) (166 shards)
78-80 Tree Ents (Green) (Willow Branch) (124 shards)
80-85: Hydras (Green) (Water Orbs) (128 shards)
85-89 : Swamp titans (Crimson) (Swamp Lizards) (150 shards)
89-96 (99 if you have enough blues): Geysers (Blues) (Save all blues for this moment!) (Water Talismans) (222 shards)
